Momentum Health is an innovative practice which affords members many conveniences and benefits not common of today’s medical practices. Employers, families, and individuals who pay a monthly membership fee less than a typical cell phone or cable bill, can expect remarkable medical care that will save time and money. Medical care that makes sense.
Membership benefits include annual physicals and quarterly medical consultations. When a medical issue arises, a member can text, call, or schedule a telemedicine visit. Momentum provides same-day responses, as well as prompt treatment from the member’s personal medical provider, who is familiar with their medical history. If a face-to-face visit is deemed medically necessary, the provider can schedule a visit at the member’s place of business or home. Additional services are available at an incremental cost when urgent or outside of the services included in the membership.
Because Momentum Health does not bill insurance, members do not pay copays for sick visits nor incur surprise charges for simple testing. There is no need to meet a deductible or get insurance approval for visits.

April Morris is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with a Masters degree in Science of Nursing and a Post Masters specialty in Family Practice. She has over 20 years of experience providing exceptional healthcare. Her areas of experience include Pediatrics, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Hospice and Mobile Integrated Health.
April Morris is from Arlington, TX and has remained in the DFW area. She is married and resides in North Texas with her family which consists of 3 children, a son and twin daughters. She enjoys an active lifestyle that consists of hiking with her family and dogs, going to sporting events of her children and occasionally playing golf (not often enough).
In April’s 16 years of healthcare, the trending need for quality care that is affordable, convenient and accessible to every day families and individuals has become overwhelmingly evident. A patient should be able to have a provider that knows their medical history and needs. A provider who is conveniently accessible, and can even provide care where you are whether it is at home or work. April saw this need and wanted to meet that need by forming Momentum Health.
